Absolutely lovely boutique hotel! The staff were fantastic, always eager to help with recommendations, reservations, and directions. The owners personally welcomed us and made us feel at home. The hotel had a charming decor and our room had a lovely little balcony with a gorgeous view. The location was perfect, close to the Markt but on a quiet street. The breakfast was delicious and the chocolates left in our room every night were a sweet touch. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Bruges.

The breakfast is delicious and marvellous served with champagne flowing and different' treats'. It has perfect and excellent location in the fields of Flanders, in a beautiful area. Historic Centre of Brugge district is worth seeing.

The breakfast was divine, the check-in was efficient. The room was spotless with great decor and amenities like a minibar, central heating, and an iron for my comfort. The staff team was immensely pleasant. The hotel's marvelous location was near the market square.

The location here is perfect, just a short walk from a stunning neo-gothic tower, and the staff is consistently professional.

We were amazed by the personal attention we received at Relais & Chateaux Hotel Heritage. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The location in the heart of old town was perfect, and the hotel itself was elegant and charming. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The complimentary fruit, chocolates, and daily weather forecast were wonderful touches. We also enjoyed the sauna and steam room for relaxation. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a variety of treats each day. the service, location, and amenities made our stay at Relais & Chateaux Hotel Heritage truly wonderful. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others. we highly recommend this hotel for comfort and luxury.

The hotel is fabulous in every way---the staff, the services, the restaurant,------- we parked our car in the hotel garage and the staff washed the windows and got all the bugs off the car without our requesting-----everything was terrific!

No complaints---this hotel and its staff is wonderful!

I have stayed before and enjoyed it, but was disappointed no room service and no restaurant. Also found some staff had a language problem when explaining things, but perhaps that was our fault! I am still waiting to hear if I have been charged twice for my accommodation..as I had to sign for everything at the end of my stay! But, I would still return as we love the feel of the hotel and it's position (and Bruges).

This hotel offers incredible value for money, with reasonable prices for a high-quality experience right behind the main square. The attention to detail is impeccable, from the beautiful interior to the little goodies left in the room like port, sherry, and amazing chocolates. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a superb stay. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and all the necessary facilities. And to top it all off, the breakfast included champagne flowing, making for a truly indulgent start to the day.

Fabulous staff - especially Isobelle and Linda who were incredibly freindly and helpful. Fabulous room with excellent facilities and comfort and the Hotel was extrremely well situated for walking around the city.

Everything was great but the car park was quite difficult for a large car

Room was well appointed and comfortable. Very close to centre of town.Secure parking was available. Staff helpful, friendly and spoke English.

Internet connection was restricted, not able to send emails using Microsoft Outlook. Very noisy, Pubs and Clubs close by with drunken behaviour, shouting and hollering going on all night until 7 am on Sunday morning.

The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, providing us with a map and helpful recommendations for local attractions. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had gorgeous bathrooms with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the town square with stunning views of the Belfry. The included breakfast was a treat, with champagne flowing and a delicious buffet.

Well-appointed and nicely decorated room with fantastic decor. Complimentary Wi-Fi, an ipad, and a TV set — very useful. Private parking onsite provided. The smooth check-in.
